INDUSTRY STANDARDS
ARE KEY

At the South African Association of Treasury Advisors, we have been hard at work building a professional representative body of Foreign Exchange Intermediaries in our country. A key part of supporting our members and providing professional guidance to them has been our, and their, adoption of the Global FX Code. This establishes a framework for fair practice, legal compliance and reasonable service levels to the clients we all serve.

If you are aware of any illegal activity or suspicious behaviour from a member of SAATA, we’d like to hear from you. Confidentiality is important and feedback will be supplied.

Complete the form below with as much information as possible so we can respond appropriately.

Petty issues and interpersonal complaints should be dealt with personally first. The Whistleblowers concept is to provide a safe forum for serious items. We appreciate your adherence to this mandate.
